INSL-X Prime Lock Low VOC WH QT

A fast drying, white pigmented interior/exterior coating that both primes and seals plaster, wood, drywall and masonry. Developed as a VOC compliant, solvent base primer, PRIME LOCK provides excellent enamel hold-out will not raise wood grain; and is a high performance reactive stain blocker that seals stains from smoke damage; bleed-through from wood knots, crayon, lipstick, etc. Can be topcoated with any latex or alkyd finish coat. SUGGESTED USES: Plaster Board, Wood, Sheet Rock, Water Stains. Retards bleed-through from lipstick, crayon, ink, ball point pen, varnish. COLORS: White (May be tinted with Universal Colorants)
